4. Follow the steps on that page
5. Make sure that your file does not contain spaces or & or \ or * characters

| 2. My feed shows an error |
| If your feed shows an error, you should remove & characters in your descriptions and titles. Keep file names as simple as possible. |
| 3. The player sounds like chimpmunks |
| When you record your audio file record at 4400 bit rate so that you do not sound like chimpmunks. Recording as 44100hz sample rate prevents chimpmunks audio sounding. |
| 4. What is Friends? |
Friends lets you add a friend's avatar to your page. This allows you to befriend other podcasters. Your avatar will be placed on your friend's page and your friend's avatar on your page.
To add a person yto yoru friend list do the following:
1. Login
2. Visit a person's podcast page
3. Click on Add to Friend |

| 6. Is the storage fixed or monthly? |
| We offer fixed storage.; however, in the future, we may change that policy. That means that if you order Kila, the 100 mb is permanent unless you upgrade to get more space. We do not put older files on slower servers. All files download at the same speed ( very fast speed ). |
| 7. How can I change the order of my files? |
Go to Manage Podcast - Edit a file to change the order of its listing.
Where it says Date, you can tweak the date to change the order of the file. Files in the feed are arranged by date. The most recent fles are listed before the less recent. |
| 8. What is Edit Podcast Page? |
| The podcast page is the page where your avatar and episodes are listed. On that page, people can comment and rate your podcast. You can now edit the banner "podcast hosting at its best" at the top of your podcast page. Login and click on edit your podcast page |
| 9. What should I do to get started at Switchpod.com? |
1. Register and login
2. Click on update information to update your podcast's title and description
3. Click on Manage Podcast to upload files to your podcast feed
4. Click on View podcast to view your podcast
5. Click on podcast page to view your podcast page
6. If you are a premium member, you can check your stats to view the number of people who visited your podcast
When you are done with all of these steps, feel free to update your profile by logging in and clicking on update information and then on edit profile
